art i guess?

heres my art people if you like it compliment , but please tell me what i need to improve on.if you dont like it tell why, but dont hate.

Hey thats a pritty nice pic!!! but do i see the pic wrong or are all the wepoems turned upsidedown? i mean should in the first pic(for example...) have the wepoens sharp edge down and where to put your hands should be up(forgot what its called at the moment XD)? or maybe im unabel to understad is that the sharp endge or the handle(REMEMBERED!!! XD)?

For that first pic, is the head band supposed to be tied on the side or to the back of his head? If it's supposed to be to the back, then I don't think it needs to be shown, unless there's wind... otherwise, it's fine. I can't really see the second pic in much detail so I won't say anything yet.

Sweet! In the second pic, the hats look like they're floating above the character's head.

hey guys for some reason when im depressed i draw way better does that seem weird to you guys

What ever works for you for drawing is your way of drawing it.
As some of you might or might not know, i'm only 16 and one of the usual "Hippy's" (long hair etc) When i'm drawing I completly alter my mood. Stick my ipod on full blast, tie my hair up and well...You've seen the results.
Thats my way of drawing, it works best for me.

Some people work better with art under certain conditions. I for example work best at night for some reason.. and music helps also. When I'm depressed tho .. drawing helps me a little to get my mind off a little but I find that I draw not so well in that state.

Maybe when your depressed it actually helps you focus more on your art work as a way to keep your mind stable? This can happen with or with out notice.
